1. Respect & Conduct

• Please be respectful to your neighbors at all times.

• If an issue arises, speak politely with one another or contact management directly.

• Harassment, aggressive behavior, threats, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

• Management reserves the right to remove guests without refund for violations.

2. Quiet Hours

• Quiet Hours: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Please be mindful of families, children, and guests who work night shifts.

• Music, engines, generators, and outdoor gatherings must be kept to a minimum during quiet hours.

3. Pets & Animals

Pets are welcome at Mt. Olive Springs Campground provided they are well-behaved, properly supervised, and do not create a nuisance or safety concern for other guests, campground staff, livestock, or wildlife.

• All pets must be kept on a leash no longer than six (6) feet whenever outside of the guest's RV, campsite, or approved enclosure.

• Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time.

• Owners must immediately clean up after their pets and properly dispose of waste.

• Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, chasing livestock, damaging property, or disturbing other guests is prohibited.

• Guests are responsible for all injuries, damages, or losses caused by their pets.

• Pets are not permitted to harass, chase, injure, or interact with campground livestock, wildlife, or other guests without permission.

       Dangerous or Out-of-Control Animals

• Any animal that displays aggressive behavior, attacks or attempts to attack a person or animal, threatens the safety of guests or staff, or is deemed by campground management to be out of control may result in immediate corrective action.

• Campground management reserves the right to require the removal of any pet from the property at any time.

• Animal attacks, aggressive behavior, repeated complaints, or out-of-control animals may result in the cancellation of the guest's reservation with forty-eight (48) hours' notice, at the sole discretion of campground management.

• In severe cases involving injury, threats to guest safety, livestock attacks, or repeated violations, campground management reserves the right to require immediate removal of the animal and may terminate the guest's occupancy without further notice.

• Mt. Olive Springs Campground assumes no responsibility for the actions of guests' pets and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses resulting from pet-related incidents.

4. Driving, Parking & Safety

• Drive slowly and safely throughout the property.

• This land is shared with children, livestock, wildlife, and pedestrians.

• Reckless driving will not be tolerated.

   Parking Rules

• A maximum of two (2) vehicles per campsite is permitted, provided they do not block roadways, driveways, or other campsites.

• Vehicles must be parked fully within the assigned site area.

• Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated lower lot near the barn/event center.

• Please respect driveway access and allow room for others to enter and exit safely.

• Do not block roadways, campsites, or shared access areas at any time.

   Guest Parking

• Guest parking is permitted at the campsite for up to 24 hours, provided it does not block roadways or other sites.

• For long-term residents, a guest is defined as any adult staying less than 48 hours.

• Any adult staying 48 hours or more is considered a resident and may be subject to additional fees and registration requirements.

   Long-Term & Abandoned Vehicles

• Long-term vehicle storage is available in designated areas with prior approval.

• Vehicles left unattended, unregistered, or in violation of parking rules may be considered abandoned.

• Abandoned vehicles are subject to removal after seven (7) days at the owner’s expense.

• Management reserves the right to tow or remove vehicles that pose a safety hazard or block access.

5. Firearms & Shooting Policy

• Shooting is only permitted in designated areas.

• Firearms must be stored securely at all times.

• Firearms must not be visible outside of your camper unless in a designated shooting area.

• Children and families are present on the property.

• Violations may result in immediate removal and possible law enforcement involvement.

6. Electrical & Heating Safety

• Only one electric heat source is permitted per camper during winter months.

• All devices must be in good working condition.

• Extension cords must be outdoor- and RV-rated.

7. Campers & Site Appearance

• Campers must be in good working order and clean appearance.

• No tarps on roofs.

• Outdoor storage must be neat and minimal.

8. Water & Plumbing

• All water lines and plumbing must be properly connected.

• No leaks are permitted.

• Guests are responsible for freeze protection in cold weather.

9. Fires & Fire Safety

• Fires are only allowed in designated or approved fire pits.

• Never leave a fire unattended.

• All local and state burn bans must be followed.

10. Children

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Playing in roadways, livestock areas, and restricted zones is prohibited.

11. Livestock & Farm Areas

• Do not enter livestock areas without permission.

• Do not feed animals.

• Farm areas contain natural hazards including fencing, uneven ground, and animals.

• Any pet found harassing, chasing, or injuring campground livestock may result in immediate removal of the animal and termination of the reservation

12. Visitors

• Campsites are for registered guests only.

• Visitors must be approved by management.

• Management may limit the number of visitors per site.

13. Trash & Cleanliness

• Use designated trash areas.

• Do not leave trash outside overnight.

• Keep your campsite clean and orderly.

14. Management Rights

Management reserves the right to:

• Refuse service

• Modify rules

• Remove guests for violations or unsafe behavior

15. Refunds, Cancellations, and Reservation Changes

All reservation cancellations, refund requests, and reservation changes must be submitted by email to campground management. Guests are encouraged to call and email as soon as possible if plans change.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are made solely at the discretion of campground ownership and management.

Nightly and Short-Term Reservations

• Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the scheduled arrival date may receive a full refund less a ten percent (10%) administrative fee.

• Cancellations made between eight (8) and thirty (30) days before the scheduled arrival date may receive a partial refund at the discretion of campground management.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made seven (7) days or less before the scheduled arrival date.

• No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, weather conditions, utility interruptions beyond management's control, personal emergencies, or circumstances that do not prevent the campground from providing the reserved site.

Monthly Reservations

• Monthly reservation cancellations must be submitted by email.

• Any approved refund for a monthly reservation will be prorated based on the amount of advance notice provided before the scheduled arrival date or departure date.

• The amount of any refund shall be determined solely by campground management after reviewing the circumstances and notice provided.

• Guests who depart before the end of a reserved monthly stay are not entitled to a refund unless approved in writing by campground management.

Credits in Lieu of Refunds

Campground ownership reserves the right to offer a credit toward a future stay instead of a monetary refund. Credits may be issued based on the circumstances of the cancellation, site availability, guest history, weather events, emergencies, or other factors determined by management.

Owner Discretion

All refunds, credits, exceptions, and cancellation accommodations are granted solely at the discretion of campground ownership. Management reserves the right to evaluate each situation individually and make decisions that are in the best interests of the campground and its guests.
